1. Introduction

Welcome to Paw Pursuits. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our pet care services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Paw Pursuits provides professional dog walking, pet sitting, and specialized pet care services. All services are subject to a mandatory, free Meet & Greet session prior to the first booking to ensure the safety and compatibility of your pet with our team.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official online portal or integrated WhatsApp system. Payments are due at the time of booking or according to the agreed schedule for recurring services. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services if payment is not received.

4. Cancellation Policy

More than 24 hours' notice:

100% refund / no cancellation charge.

Less than 24 hours' notice:

The booking may be charged in full (100%).

If Paw Pursuits needs to cancel due to illness, severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will either reschedule the booking or issue a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice and is available Monday to Friday.

There is no rescheduling fee.

If you move to a more expensive slot, you pay the difference.

If you move to a cheaper slot, the difference is refunded.

If no suitable slot is available, you can join our waiting list or cancel under our cancellation policy.

5. Pet Health and Safety

Owners must provide up-to-date vaccination records and disclose any known health issues or aggressive behavior. Paw Pursuits is fully insured and our walkers are trained in canine first aid; however, the owner remains responsible for any pre-existing conditions.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Paw Pursuits is not liable for injuries or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We utilize GPS tracking (Paw Pilot™) for transparency, providing real-time updates for all walks.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect necessary information to provide our services and follow our Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal data and pet imagery captured during sessions.

8. Amendments

Paw Pursuits reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided to active clients via email or our portal.
